SPUR is a brand operated by Clothesy India LLP.

We may collect name, mobile number, email address, billing address, shipping address, PIN code, GSTIN where applicable, account/order information, transaction-related information, IP address, browser/device information, Website usage information, cookies and similar technical information.

We may process information to create/manage accounts, fulfil orders, process payments, arrange delivery, provide tracking, issue invoices, handle returns/exchanges/refunds, provide support, respond to grievances, prevent fraud, secure and improve the Website, comply with law, maintain records and send promotional communications where permitted and based on applicable consent/preferences.

Payments are facilitated through Razorpay. Payment-related information may be processed by Razorpay under its applicable terms and security procedures. SPUR does not ask customers to disclose OTPs, UPI PINs, card PINs or CVVs to SPUR personnel.

To fulfil orders, SPUR may provide necessary customer information to logistics providers including Delhivery. This may include name, mobile number and delivery address.

SPUR may use third-party service providers necessary to operate the Website and provide services, including payment, logistics, website/technology, communication and security/technical providers. Only information reasonably necessary for the relevant service should be shared.

SPUR may send promotional communications through WhatsApp and SMS where permitted and based on applicable consent or lawful basis. Customers may withdraw marketing preferences through the applicable mechanism or by contacting SPUR. Withdrawal does not affect processing necessary for existing orders or legal obligations.

The Website may use cookies and similar technologies for functionality, sessions, preferences, performance, usage understanding and security. Where applicable law requires consent, SPUR will provide the relevant consent mechanism.

SPUR will take reasonable security measures appropriate to the nature of personal information to protect it against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

SPUR does not sell customer personal information as a commercial commodity.
